Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 can (12 oz.) tuna, (drained, flaked)
- 1-1/2 cups MINUTE White Rice, (uncooked)
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes (optional)
- 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, (small cube)
Instructions
- Place water and milk to in medium saucepan.
- Bring to boil on medium heat.
- Stir in tuna, rice and parsley; cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
- Add prepared cheese product; stir until melted.
