Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces bacon (cooked & crumbled)
- 6 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 tablespoons parsley (chopped)
- 9 inch pie crust, frozen
Instructions
- In medium bowl, whisk together eggs and sour cream until blended.
- Stir in bacon, cheese and parsley.
- Pour into frozen pie crust.
- Bake in preheated 375 oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
- Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
