Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 3 cups bread flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yoke
- 1/2-cup walnut pieces
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil.
- Add the cocoa and stir until completely Dissolved.
- Let cool to room temperature.
- Add the cocoa and all remaining ingredients except the nuts in the order suggested by your manual.
- Select raisin bread setting. Start.
- Add the nuts at the beeper.
