Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Old-fashioned rolled oats
- 5/8 cup water
- 1/2 cup Unsweetened applesauce
- 2 3/4 cups Bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dry milk powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Butter or margarine
- 1/2 cup Raisins
- 2 teaspoons Ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in bread pan.
- Select Light Crust setting, and press Start.
- After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
- Yield: 1 1/2 pound loaf
