Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli, trimmed into florets
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2-3 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Stem broccoli florets until tender, 7-8 minutes
- While broccoli is steaming, heat skillet with butter
- Add garlic, salt and pepper to skillet, lower heat and cook for 1 to 2 minutes till fragrant, stir frequently
- Add steamed broccoli to skillet coating the florets. Turn off heat.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top
- Serve
