Ingredients
- 16 oz. Chickpeas
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 T. Olive oil
- 1/4 Cup tahini
- 1/2 t. salt
- Cayenne pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Drain Chickpeas, reserving 1/4 c. liquid.
- Set aside a few whole peas
- Place all in food processor and process till smooth. Use reserved liquid to thin if needed.
- Garnish with a few peas and parsley sprigs
- Serve with Pita bread or veggies
